This is the in-person package. Lubosi travels to your home, your office, or a private setting of your choice. You spend the full day together. By the time he leaves, your AI environment is set up, connected, and working.
This is not a consultation. This is an installation day.
How the Day Flows
We start by understanding your business
Before anything gets built, Lubosi gets to know how your business actually operates. Tools, workflows, team responsibilities, and where the real bottlenecks are. This is not a tick-box exercise. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
We map what gets built and why
Once the picture is clear, the focus shifts to deciding where AI fits. What to automate, what to connect, what to leave alone. The goal is a practical plan that makes sense for your specific situation, not a generic template.
We build it together
This is the hands-on part. Claude Code gets installed and configured in your environment. APIs get connected. The first working system gets built. The exact scope depends on your business, but by this point you will have something real and operational.
You leave with something that works
The day ends with a walkthrough of everything that has been set up, how to use it, and what to build next. You also have the option to continue on a monthly basis, with Lubosi adding to your environment over time.

The base price starts at £3,000. Final pricing depends on your location and travel requirements. Lubosi will confirm the exact investment after your application. A portion of the fee covers travel and accommodation if applicable. You will always know the full cost before committing.
